Heard something behind me running in the woods. Turned around and saw this nice Aoudad. I could not believe it. It must have escaped from a exotic game ranch. They are not known to be in the area that i hunt. I then checked my camera and found that it had been hanging around for the last few days. Hopefully he will show up again......

I hunted 2 eight pointers all through bow and black powder seasons. I had captured hundreds of Cuddeback pictures of the 2 bucks together. I was fortunate to kill the larger of the 2 bucks on opening day of gun season. I kept my Cuddeback up just to see what was going on and also the rut was approaching. When I checked my camera this time, I e-mailed this picture to the person that I hunt with and told him that I thought the rut was on.

I've never actually seen bucks fighting and was excited to catch it on the cuddeback. The other 2 pictures are the largest bucks I've had on my farm and I've been here for 60 years.

This picture was taken in Arkansas. I was afraid my camera may be under water because the Little River came out of its banks. I decided I was going to go in after my camera. I waded water waste deep and found my camera 4 or 5 inches above the water. These 2 deer had their picture taken about 15 minutes before I arrived. My Capture is dry and doing just great....

I started watching a group of bucks in July on a nearby farm. Who would've guessed that my son's first buck would be one of my Cuddebucks!! I recognized the deer as soon as a saw him. A great way to make memories with your kids, checking cameras in the summer and early fall and hunting for those same bucks in the fall. Thanks.
