I own 6 acreas of land that is a great walk-thru from bedding to their feeding areas. I had not seen or new this buck was in the area until I viewed by pictures, and there he was, Oct. 14 & 18, 2009. The first chance to hunt was Sunday the Nov, 1st. The second chance was Wed, the 4th. I got in my ladder stand at 3:30p.m. and at 4:20 he walks by , the rest is history. Last year, Nov. 7th from the same ladder stand my first day out and in the stand for only 1.5 hours I shot a Pope & Young 141 2/8 net -9- pointer.

You guys should hire me to teach others how to use trail cameras, ive located over thirty bucks(this year) that would make pope and young. There is no doubt these are the best. Ive tried em all, but none can compare with the clarity and timing of cuddeback cameras.

This is a picture of a bobcat with a rabbit in it's mouth that it had recently caught by the deer feeder. The picture was taken at my deer lease near Gorman, Texas.

We keep a year-round tab of all the bucks where we hunt, but did not see this deer until mid December. The surrounding areaa gets a good deal of pressure during gun season so it's possible he just needed a change of scenery. He popped up on a capture photo, then I saw him while bowhunting the last week of December. We named him Crash, since he managed to bust off his right G-2. We have since captured him on camera several times, including this photo.
