Late winter is a great time to get pics of deer on your property. There is never a bad time to have a cuddeback out!

I hunt on pine timber company land in north Louisiana. I keep my Cuddeback Capture set on my feeder all season long and got this picture of a young buck hassling a doe and then a rabbit.

I hunt on leased timber company land in Louisiana. We have been on this lease for 10 years and are finally beginning to see some results from our feeding. I set my Cuddeback Capture up on a trail near one feeder and then moved it to another feeder and found 2 nice 8pts. The first one was harvested by a member of the lease and had broken 3 of his tines from fighting.

Deer on right was approaching the small buck ready to fight. The deer on the right was shot with crossbow approximately 30 seconds after picture was taken.

This phot is a buck that we had on our farm for two years. He was shot and missed at 3 times durning the 2007 season by guests who archery hunt my farm. And when we saw him again in 2008 it made us happy to have missed him. He grew a drop tine and scored 156 after deductions. I hunted this deer hard during archery and never saw him. A friend had him stay about 50 yards out the weekend before shotgun opend with his bow and said he was awestruck. Finally thursday of shot gun i was sitting in my stand and about 11:30 i got down for lunch and saw him making his way across the pasture. I found some cover and waited at 20 yeards i let a slug fly and he dropped where he stood. Thank you cudde back for letting me watch this deer grow...
