I used my cuddeback noflash to get a picture and video clip of this buck in one of my mock scrapes I made. This buck eluded me all fall. I hope he survived and will get bigger for next fall.

We were scrolling through our photos for the week when we came along this one. We couldn't stop laughing.

Put the camera on what I thought was a heavily used deer trail. It turned out to be a coyote trail because I got probably 50 Pics of several yotes. This Pic is of a Black Coyote that has just caught a fawn. Also I do not use bait in front of my cameras, I enjoy getting pics of animals doing what they do naturally in the woods.

These pictures show a real contrast in bucks. One small buck still has last year's antlers on March 24th, while other bucks are already starting to grow new antlers. I started getting pictures of some 1 1/2 year old bucks without antlers during the second week of January, but most of the larger bucks held their racks well into February. The largest of the group shed his antlers during the third week of February. I got my last antlered buck picture - a small 2 1/2 year old - on March 1st. I thought that was it for the season; until the picture I got over three weeks later.
