We call this deer the narrow 9. He was a 8 point the first time we had pics of him but he was a 9 point last year. My daughter shot at him during modern gun season but hit a tree limb. I saw him 6 more times through out the season. He is on my hit list this year!!!!

Watched this buck develop thru velvet and into this. Decided this would be my archery target buck. Have several cameras on this property and got pictures from all cameras, so I was sure that this was his core area. I finally harvested this buck on the evening of Nov. 1st. There was no ground shrinkage and this buck was every bit as impressive as the photos. A bittersweet end to a 32 day quest for this buck...a truly magnificent animal.
