I had this buck on camera in early July. Amazing how he grew so much, so fast. I think this is the same buck that survived being shot at 3 times last season by my buddy. Glad he missed!

I had the camera out for 2 straight weeks and this is the only picture I got with a decent buck in it. Just turns out, there are 2 nice bucks in this one photo.

This is a great photo showing some North Western North Carolina bucks. I call this photo the bachelor pad hangout. Just the boys enjoying some feed. Can't wait to see them in a few more months time.

I have a buck that came in my yard last year (2009) that I had nicknamed freak . I was hoping to get some more pictures of freak in 2010 to see if he had grown another rack similar to his 2009 rack or if he had grown a more typical rack , well freak showed up a few weeks ago and once again he is as odd looking as ever. I have never seen a deer that looks quite like this and I thought I would share it with you guys , thanks Shawn

These pictures were taken in Nebraska. We have had a very wet summer so the farmers have not needed to irrigate. During the summer 95% of my pictures have been of doe and fawns. Last week the irriagation systems came on which must have pushed the bucks out of the fields. I will bait the deer until hunting season comes along just to see what is around. It is illegal to hunt over bait in Nebraska, so the feed is not where my stands are. The feed is Dried Distillers Grain with Solubules, which is a product from a Dry Mill Ethanol plant. You can buy this product for around $100/ton. It is very high in protein and definately cheaper than commercial deer feed. The shelf life is pretty good, during the tough winter in Nebraska last year the deer returned to to spots the DDGS was at, removed the snow, and cleaned up what was left.

Ive just bought a house and land in Mississippi.My land the wifes house. I was hoping to have some good hunting and this is one of the photos with in a few days of clearing a spot for a food plot.

The 1st picture is a picture of a doe taken with a Cuddeback Capture IR and it is perfectly centered. The 2nd picture is the same picture only with a Stealth Cam and you can`t even see the head on the doe. What I did was put 2 different cameras out each on a camera mount side by side and you can clearly see that the Cuddeback has a much more faster trigger speed then the Stealth Cam does.
