We always see pics of deer in velvet and after velvet but I have never seen a picture where a buck was right in the middle, I think this is very unique and very few people have seen this...you guys have posted some pretty amazing photos and I feel people would really injoy this because its not something you see often and also a learning experience. thanks,I hope you enjoy it!!!!

I had my cameras in the woods since beginning of July. Got thousands of pictures at my feeder and mineral sites of deer in velvet, but nothing was real mature. Once I noticed the velvet coming off I moved my cameras to trails to try and get pictures of big mature deer. These two bucks were the first couple pictures I got. The big 10pt was shot by my hunting buddy on Nov. 2,2010, but went over to neighbors property which would not alow us to go recover him. Heartbreaking knowing that deer is dead over there and we cant do a thing about it. The real wide buck I had encounters with last year, he just didnt have the tine length. I could have killed him this year, but he broke a g2 on his left side so I elected to pass. Hopefully he makes it another year.

This is what's possible if you use cuddeback cameras for scouting. I shot this buck 11-9-10 and it scores 185-4 never layed eyes on him before, but thanks to my cuddeback I moved stands sights and ended up getting him. Thanks Cuddeback keep up the good work
