I recently purchased the Capture IR and decided to go an strap it up to a tree to see what was coming into my food plot.I got a few deer and sum small bucks even a hog. As i started to go threw the pics i noticed i had a couple of coons here and there. Most of the time you are going to get a coon or two in your photos but after a couple of days of pics and a cold front the coons realy started to move. I never imagined i would get this many coons in one picture. It looks like there are 18 total.

Last year after hunting season I found the carcass of a deer so I set up my camera to see what critters would make use of it. As you can see nothing was wasted. Fishers, foxes, racoons and an eagle all got their share.

I have never seen these guys or caught them on camera during during the daytime. I have three cuddeback cameras, an Expert, an Excite and a Capture, all with standard flash. I like the flash pix much better than the black and white IR pix I get with one of my other cameras. It doesn't seem to me that the flash scares the deer because I have often gotten a sequence of pix of the same deer only a minute apart.

The camera is set on video and the initial picture is a doe and the video appears to be the doe licking the flashing infrared light on the camera.

On NOV 08, 2009 I killed a doe about 9:30 am during the Tennessee muzzleloader season. Just to see what might happen, my cousin and I decided to put the gut pile in front of my Capture IR. Within two hours a flock of vultures and a red-tailed hawk had found it and almost everything was gone within 5 hours. That night a coyote also came in to pick up any leftovers and contrary to what many people think, a number of deer also came in and smelled where the gut pile had been. My most sincere thanks go out to Cuddeback as I think I have more fun with my cameras than I do hunting.

In 2009 I found a fresh scrape and immediatly moved my Cuddeback Capture IR on it. Shortly after, the camera caught this little six point out in the middle of the day cruising for does. While you can't see it in the picture, the scrape is behind the deer and was visited by at least 4 other bucks.

I never know what my Cuddeback Cature IR will get at this location but recently it took three pictures of this young buck playing with a young raccoon. Based on the pictures, they went round and round sizing each other up.

In 2009 and 2010 I've gotten at least 5 pictures of a bobcat at this location but have yet to see it with my own eyes. If not for my cuddeback, I wouldn't even know this bobcat lived in the area.
