Perfect timing, but of course there’s always one that doesn’t listen to the photographer!

The colors on this photo are perfect. It was a lucky photo, but I enjoy the challenge of getting some great waterfowl photos.

50 Shades of Gray? Workin On The Night Moves? This buck took a special interest in the camera...I think he's the one that bent the steel post that supports the camera. Get lots of close up shots but this one gets your attention.

Most everyone in the sprig time like to monitor the turkeys but the waterfowl migration is always fun to see the male waterfowl with their spring colors. These Hooded Mergansers are pretty impressive looking waterfowl.

We live in a pretty suburban area in NJ. We're blessed with a small stream in a glen behind our home. I got a Cuddeback Blackflash camera to catch pictures of the wildlife that uses the area for drinking, forage and shelter. Last night I came home late from work and remembered I'd put the camera in a strategic spot behind our garage, so I traipsed around in the dark and got the camera. I was looking through the pictures as a fun distraction when all of a sudden, this beauty was staring right at me!

This buck looked very proud of himself. He was in rut, part of the attitude. He grabbed an ear of corn to eat. It would not detach from the plant so he ripped off the whole stalk and headed for the woods to enjoy his meal.

I had a game feeder on this tripod throughout the winter and the bear didn’t show up until I let the feeder get empty and ready to take in. The same thing happened last year!
