With the recent heat and no rain I set up the camera on a small pond. Got lots of photos of does and fawns, with the fawns in various forms of play.

The photo was taken off of a mineral lick. This doe and 2 fawns show up serveal times. I felt it was just a perfect view of deer in their natural setting.

The first two pictures of a deer we call Mulie we got early-mid summer 2008. N.E. Iowa in a small 25acre woodlot surrounded by endless corn fields. I saw him just once during November Antler less. He has forked G2's and G3's! what a stud! The third picture is of a mainframe ten pointer that gave a great picture on a scrape on the edge of a field engulfed by timber. N.E. Iowa... If you look closely you can see branches and stickers stuck to his HUGE neck!

This cougar with kittens went past my camera about 6 hours after I had checked it. It is tough to see a cat, but I have never seen kittens this small in the woods. I have had deer, elk and bear at this sight, all within hours of each other. I hope this worked!

I have never seen a Coyote visit a mineral station. Looks like a first for everything.

I found this cool spot at the head of a big creek pond. I put a mineral block out and have tons of photos of Bucks durning the day. My next task is to get a stand up down there and get ready for Bow Season.
