DAWN SURPRISE On September 11, 2011 the ground around my feeder was covered with about 8†of water following a period of almost daily rainfall. In the pre-dawn light we see a doe and a buck searching peacefully for a nice corn breakfast. Little did they know that another inhabitant of the Florida landscape was lying in wait, seeking a breakfast feast of a much meatier variety. In the next shot we see what must have been quite a surprise for the buck. Unfortunately for the approximate 10’ alligator, its attempt to snag the deer comes up short as they flee into the woods. This is a good example of why you keep young’uns and dogs away from the water’s edge in gator territory.

This photo was taken by a summer mineral station that was designed for deer. This new pack of pups must of had a den near by and been out investigating for the day. These dogs are in the awkward stage and they don't really look like coyotes yet. It was neat to see the pack traveling together.

living within a refuge gives a chance to capture crystal clear image`s of wildlife right in your back yard, You have to be careful not attract the wrong type of wildlife.

My Attack IR is mounted inside a Cuddeback Metal Theft Prevent Box. For those not famaliar with Blue Birds, it is common for people in the South to set out Blue Bird Box's which ironically are shaped about the size of the Cuddebox protective box. Approximate size and with approximate hole size they like to enter into.

It was unseasonally cool last saturday evening, as I glassed my favorite food plot from about 200 yards west of this picture. Had a few smaller bucks, and two pretty fair ones eating, sparring, and just frolicking around enjoying the cool weather. About 7:20 this big boy walked out, and seemed to command the respect of all the deer present. Wherever he walked the deer parted in front of him, not wanting to confront or irritate this guy! I waited watching, hoping he would head toward the big cedar tree holding my trusty Cuddeback Capture. Finally he meandered that way, then walked right up to it as if he were there to pose for this photo. I saw the flash light up from my vantage point and knew I had him on film, hoping the picture would show him in all his grandure! I use two Cuddeback Captures' for all my trail cam scouting, and could not be happier with the pics I get. I've tried cheaper ones, and have a more expensive camera in my closet at home, but the Capture is all I use.

I decided to put out my camera at a new place that I thought I might hunt. I found there was a nice buck hanging around!!

These two nice bucks are fighting over who is the more dominate buck, with this intense look in there eyes. They were caught by the cuddeback with their horns locked, the other image is just prior to the fight and it looks like the deer were sizing eachother up
