Apparently Black Bears like Cuddeback cameras as much as we do. We only get to check our cameras once a month and on our last visit we thought one had been stolen. My friend eventually noticed it lying in a puddle a few yards from where it had been placed. We took it home and eventually managed to dry out the SD card. The pictures told the story. I have attached three of them. You can see the bear approach and then the empty mount on the stump. Finally you can see the bear munching down on the camera. We will have to buy a new camera; however, we have a great story.

First time I have used my link cameras since I got them. Have already gotten some amazing photos. I am loving it. Thanks to my new cameras, I am able to see nature at work. Caught a few pictures of elk calves still in spots.

Many attempts to capture this beautiful owl during night hunting. Knowing their habits is important to take the picture.

Been hunting this property for 8 years and only this past year was I able to get some cuddeback cams out there. Catching fawn on cam is pretty cool, but to catch one feeding is even better. Usually you see this in like the major deer areas, but to grab this in North East CT with not super great deer population is pretty great.
