While grouse hunting in Wisconsin's northwoods, Lincoln County, I came across a set of scrapes just off to the side of an old logging trail that cut through a hilly 40 year old aspen stand. This old Cuddeback was just sitting in the garage collecting dust so I decided to put it to work. A couple days later I made it back out and set the camera up on one of the scrapes. I began getting photos of nice bucks that first night. Here are some of the bucks that have been coming in to work over this scrape, including a nine pointer with a split G2 that showed up on the morning of Armistice Day. This area has a reputation of having low deer numbers, but my thoughts on that have changed since putting out a Cuddeback.

This buck got his picture taken after crossing a cut alfalfa field in mid October. This is the first time I caught this one on camera. Seems that the up and coming rut encouraged this one to start moving more...Located on an old dairy farm in Shawano County, Wisconsin.

I have pictures of this buck over a several year span. This photo was taken one year to the day from the same spot as last years picture of the same buck, he's just bigger this year. We never see him during the day, all pictures of him are at night.

This buck came out just before the start of bow season in Arkansas. The buck allowed others to eat the rice brand but really didn't want to. My son uses the Cuddeback Camera pictures to get his son involved in hunting. Just like his dad did for him.

This camera was placed over a food plot, we had multiple photos of doe, but this one is the coolest!! I assume these does are fighting over dominance in the area, just a guess though.

I used to use a cuddebacks but the battery life sucks. Sometimes on Duracell batteries I get less than two weeks out of them. I swithed to Bushnell and couldn't be happier. Thousands of pictures from one set of batteries. I tried contacting Cuddeback about it and they wouldn't reply back. I have over a dozen cameras; you would think they would want to keep a customer happy!

One of the bigger bucks to visit this scrape on my 40 in Trempealeau County. Also a photo of one of the small bucks that visit the same scrape.

In photos prior to this one taken, I had several shots of a flying squirrel. Im guessing this owl was after it. Thanks to my Cuddeback Capture's lightning fast trigger speed it caught this owl in the middle of its stealthy attack.
