So we continued to hunt for him. an i ended up harvesting a nice 10 point . An continued to hunt for some does an the first day in the woods after harvesting my buck he appeaed out of no were walkin jus yards from my tree stand an i was so suprized and shocked i jus sat an watched the beautie of a buck walk in an out of my view to never be seen until this day when i checked my cam an he has turned frome a 9 to what we belive a 12 to 13 poit.

This buck is coming through pretty much everyday now between 6-8 AM. He's looking like he's going to be a nid 130-low40's 10 point. To bad I'm not hunting this property this year, scouting for my dad.

i put my cuddeback attack out at my buddies farm that we hunt a lot and we seen the sign of predators but never saw them so we started putting out the ground hogs we got out by the camera and sure enough we had a couple visitors

The first deer shown is my first trail cam pic of the 2012 season. We call him Sloppy Joe because of the 2 stickers coming off both main beams and he is developing another point off the end of his right main beam. The other is a nice main frame 10 with a 4-5 drop tine and a mess of stickers around his bases. He has an injured front left leg from what I would guess is either from a car or a bullet. I'm calling this guy Lucky, but hopefully Lunky's luck is soon to run out... Wink, wink

I found the photo interesting. It looks like the spiders in Michigan have given up on catching bugs and now they are going after bigger game, deer. The Capture camera is located at the far west part of our farm in an area frequented this time of year by does with new fawns. It is almost like a sanctuary area for new mothers and their fawns.
