I've hunted this particular woods for five or six years now and have seen nice bucks once in a while. But when I got these pictures, I nearly had myself a setback! 2012 bow season can't come soon enough here in central Indiana!!! I thought something had gone wrong with the camera when I pulled the card and had 143 pictures over just a ten day period!!!

I have had this camera in the same spot for 3 years now. I am amazed by the different critters I capture with it. This is my first owl caught by the Cuddeback Expert.

The hot and dry weather in the midwest has been great for the turkey hatch. This hen has more poults than I've seen in the last 2 years combined.

here's some of the bucks on my farm. the buck in the second photo is growing a small drop tine. he is only 3.5 in my estimation, but will out score any buck I have every seen on my farm in the eight years I have been managing it.

Early Bucks... We are already feeding and have food plots planted for 2012-2013 season and scouting for deer and watching them grow in velvet. Looks like it's going to be a good season in North Louisiana.
