I watched this deer for months. I had him on camera 5 times. I spent my entire bow season and thanksgiving hunting him. Only to be let down. I could never make it happen when i was in the stand. You can imagine my disappointment! Nevertheless when Kansas rifle season came about i still did not have him on the ground. Only a few weeks after i get a call from my Dad who shot him! I couldn't have been more excited!

We cannot use trail cams in Montana when any big game season is open, but we have a week between when bow season ends and rifle season opens, so I set my camera out along a trail and captured this buck jumping the fence...had to pull my camera before rifle season opened.

Eight point buck gets spooked by what I am guessing is another bigger buck. The trigger speed that Cuddebacks have is phenomenal. I won't use anything else!

This picture is an eight point running in full stride from what I'd guess is a bigger buck. The deer's back two legs are on the ground, but it is obviously running.
