Here is a winter action scene with several deer running for the hill. This made my January calendar page and has been a favorite of those who get my calendar. My cameras never leave the woods and the best photo of the month is selected for my wildlife calendar.

I set up a bait bag with raw chicken scraps so that the Crows wouldn't make off with it. Instead, this fisher climbed the tree and took the chicken!

I saw a bunch of coyote tracks in the windbrake one day and decided to hang a camera to see how many and how often they were coming through and have these 3 pics to share. There are 2 yotes going by the camera within a minute and 1 yote comes back with a snack.

I have seen alot of roosters this winter they love the cover and protection the evergreens provide. My Cuddeback caught this lone rooster in mid flight.

After noticing some hog tracks and digging my father-in-law and I began putting out some corn. After about a week of the hogs showing up we began to build our pen. We built the pen a couple of sections at a time. The pen was 32 foot long. After about 2 weeks the entire pen was built. We did not set the trap for about 3 days. We new the hogs were coming in at 8 and 9 AM, sometimes around noon and sometimes between 4 and 5 PM. We set the trap around 7 am. We check the pen at 4 PM and the hogs had not shown up. We went back at 6 PM the same day and all 14 hog were in the pen. The next day a friend came with a portable trap and we moved all 14 hogs to the trap. Our friend takes them to his farm, fattens them up. And, they dress them at the appropriate time. I hope you enjoy this picture and share with our readers. Thank you. Tom Fry

As you can see, this picture was taken at 10:30 AM EST. The camera is located about 30 feet in the front of my wife's parents home in White Springs, FL. I have had several pictures like this, most were late in the evening. Thought our readers would enjoy this picture. Thank you. Tom Fry
