I placed a camera on a well used trail to help me locate bucks. This bobcat happened to walk by one evening. I'm sure that it is the same one that I saw while bow hunting two years ago. While I have yet to see a buck on this camera, I've had several pictures of bears and racoons. You never know what you will get a picture of when you place a camera on a wildlife trail.

I placed a camera on a well used trail to help me locate bucks. This bobcat happened to walk by one evening. I'm sure that it is the same one that I saw while bow hunting two years ago. While I have yet to see a buck on this camera, I've had several pictures of bears and racoons. You never know what you will get a picture of when you place a camera on a wildlife trail.

This is the second year that we got a glimpse at the buck I nicknamed Brutus . He seems to enjoy the wild apple orchard that the camera is set up in. I have one distant photo of him after he shed his velvet. I also had one 70 yard sighting of him during the 2012 archery season. As far as I know Brutus still runs the woods this year.

I was hoping to get deer coming into this Record Rack mineral block, but this big boy took care of it the morning after I put it out. It must have been the molasses I poured over it. At least he didn't destroy the camera, they have busted up 1 of my other cameras already. Taken in Upper Michigan.

I will make a long story short. I know you are looking for all the details but its 2:ooa.m. so... I have many pick,s of a few different 8pointer out in my back yard. I was telling my son that I beleave that there is more then just 1 8pointer that we are seeing, he insist otherwise. once I showed him the evidence, nothing he could say but, you were right dad. words seldom herd around these parts.
