I call him Lumpy, his left front leg was wounded by someone during our firearms season last year. I saw him several time during the season, he had 10 to 12 inch spikes last year.. Very surprised he made it through the winter and does not have an abnormal rack this year.

These nice bucks have been posing for the camera all summer. Hopefully I get to meet one of them once the season opens.

I've been watching this guy for the last two years. He never gains any points just height and mass. He is starting to look pretty promising for the year to come looking for ward to seeing him in the wood again.

This is a buck I call sunny 55! last year he was a big wide 5x5 and it was sunny 55 degrees I finally seen him for the first time on a sunday night with my own eyes right at dark but just out of shooting range. But now he grew to be bigger than ever 7x7 with 2 kickers on right side 1 kicker on the left side with 4 inside brows and he is not done growing yet.

Over the years I have seen a number of young bucks on a small piece of property that last hunt in Eastern North Carolina. I went to check my trail camera this morning thinking to myself I am dumping money into this land and have never seen anything but a few small bucks and a bunch of does. Imagine my surprise when I pull my card today and the first picture is this big guy. This is by far the largest buck I have ever spotted on this small block of land. Hoping this guy will hang around for a few more weeks when bow season starts to give me a shot.
