To get photos like these close passing shots you need a fast trigger speed. That is why I use Cuddeback cameras exclusively for my trail shots. I got tired of empty photos. I wouldn't have wanted to miss this buck because I was using a slow camera. I'm glad I had a Cuddeback!

Keep corn out year round just off our back deck to watch deer development for deer season and to see when the bucks grow and shed their antlers. Get lots of doe and yearling photos but this was a good one. When Mom puts her foot down she puts her foot down!

This buck and bunny caught on cam during the first snowfall in central Wisconsin. we named him Houdini because no one ever saw him. He would show up on cam the day before we got to our hunting land and then again the day after we left.

It is interesting to see how social interactions and dynamics change once antlers start dropping. The buck without antlers (Hunk) used to be the dominant deer when this group visited the corn pile. Good luck shed hunting.
