This was a new buck that waited until Oct to show up on one of my leases. I called him 9-Blade. HE got into a fight with a huge, old 6 point that is also on that lease in Nov, and I haven't seen him again. I hope he shows up again this Oct.

This feeder was put out right after Spring Turkey season was over here in Missouri. When checked a few weeks later, I found two shots of this small Black (Brown Phase) Bear. 2nd Shot: Despite having had two feeders destroyed by a bear in the last 5 years, I had not gotten any trail came photos, till now. Within a few weeks we have been able to identify five different Bears coming to the feeders. This big male decided he was tired of picking up corn off the ground.

I hadn't seen a decent buck on my cameras this year, so I decided to put my camera in a different location on a farm a hunt. Less than 24hrs later I got this buck. Guess I'll b hurting here on opening day!

First sighting. Every year, I wait until late August to strap the cam to the tree and see what's lurking about. Last year, I didn't see the big boy until the day I shot him (Dec. 5). This year is different: got him on camera second week of recon. A deer like this in Connecticut is pretty decent. I'll call him Velvet Elvis!

Photos taken in Almaguin region of Ontario. Both morning & evening represented here. Nice young bull out exploring, and two bucks roaming together. The photo location is a bit of a bridge with ponds either side but the water level is very low.

This time of year bucks are traveling around and starting to lose their velvet. In one photo one buck has velvet and the other has hard antler. These cameras are great for seeing what deer are around after dark and during the day while I am at work.

Devil 9 is starting to shed his velevet. Recruiting he must know which cameras are which, because he'll always go past my attack flash cams at night. I rearranged them and got an IR flash on him now so I could get video of him. Boy he is a giant. It's so tuff not to think bout him all day. Last pic is from earlier in the week 2 miles away he found another attack cam of mine. They must smell different than the new ones!!
