Is it necessary to update the firmware on your Capture or Capture IR?
Follows these instructions to determine if it is necessary to update the firmware on your Capture or Capture IR:
1) Remove batteries from your Capture or Capture IR and wait 15 seconds.
2) Reinstall the batteries.
3) Numbers will be displayed, such as “02 02.” Wait a few seconds.
4) If these numbers are NOT “02 07”, you SHOULD update your Capture or Capture IR.
